CRYSTALLIZED ROSE PETALS 
1 pt. fresh red rose petals
1 egg white, slightly beaten
1 c. superfine granulated sugar

Wash, drain and dry rose petals. Dip each first in egg white then in sugar, making sure you coat all surfaces completely. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and dry in the sun. Pack carefully between layers of wax paper, close the box tight and keep in a dry place.
