ROSE MARINA SALAD 
1 box Rose Marina macaroni
2 lg. cans pineapple chunks
2 lg. cans mandarin oranges
1 lg. Cool Whip
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour

Drain juice from fruit. Cook macaroni and drain well (follow instructions on package).

Combine: 3/4 c. sugar 2 eggs, well beaten 1 tbsp. salt 2 tbsp. flour

Cook until thickened. Cool. When cool, mix with macaroni and let set overnight. When ready to serve, mix in Cool Whip and fruit. Add marshmallows and nuts, if desired. If you do not like to use Cool Whip, homemade whipping cream will do.
