BRUSSEL SPROUTS 
1/4 lb. bacon, browned (reserve drippings)
1/3 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 med. onion, chopped
1 pkg. frozen brussel sprouts

Add vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, pepper and onion to bacon drippings. Add brussel sprouts and cook until tender. Toss with bacon. Serve immediately.
