PORK SAUSAGE RING 
2 lbs. bulk pork sausage
1 1/2 c. fine cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped apple
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. minced onion

Beat eggs slightly. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pat into a greased 6 1/2 cup ring mold, chill. Then unmold in a large pan (15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1) and bake in a preheated oven (350 degrees) about 1 hour. Serves 6 to 8. If desired, fill center of ring with scrambled eggs or creamed peas or any vegetable to suit your taste.
