PORK SAUSAGE RING 
3 eggs, slightly beaten with 3/4 c. milk
2 c. fine cracker crumbs
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. chopped tart apple
2 lbs. pork sausage
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix together and form into a ring in 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Can be made the day before. Serves 10 to 12.
