BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 head broccoli
1/2 red onion, sliced
8 slices bacon, fried
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. cashews

DRESSING:

1 c. Miracle Whip
1 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar

Break broccoli into florets. Mix salad ingredients in a bowl, except cashews. Frost salad with dressing. Let stand 2 hours (no longer). Just before serving, toss salad and add cashews. You can add or substitute green grapes, cauliflower, carrots, celery, or sunflower seeds.
