CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 jar Old English cheese spread
1 jar Roka Blue cheese spread
Parsley flakes, fresh or dehydrated
Crushed walnuts or pecans

Mix cheeses that are room temperature together and shape into a ball. Chill until shape has hardened. Roll in mixture of parsley and nuts. Let set for hour or more before serving with different choices of crackers around edge of platter with cheese ball in middle.

OPTIONAL: Use your imagination and spice up ball with different things for color and taste for different seasons.

Serves 12-20 people.
