CHEESE CAKE 
1 lg. cream cheese
1 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk (chill well)
1 (3 oz.) Jello, lemon or strawberry
2 tsp. vanilla

CRUST:

1 pkg. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter

Mix in 9x13 pan. Pat down and bake 10 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool thoroughly.

Mix Jello with 1 cup boiling water, let set until slightly thickened and cool. Cream the cheese with sugar in small bowl. Beat chilled evaporated milk until it will stand in soft peaks, add cooled Jello then cheese mixture and vanilla. Beat until well mixed. Pour into crust. Chill until firm.

Any kind of Jello may be used. This dessert is very light and good. Nuts may be added to the crust if you wish.
