CHERRY CHEESE TARTS 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 box vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling
Cupcake holders (2-inch size preferably)

Mix softened cream cheese, sugar and eggs until smooth. Place one wafer into each cupcake holder and spoon in cheese mixture to 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool and spoon on 1 or 2 cherries each. Refrigerate. Makes 25-30.
