SHRIMP RICE CASSEROLE 
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® wild and white rice, discard spices
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
2 cans shrimp, drained
1 can cream of shrimp soup, do not dilute
1 c. sour cream
Salt

Mix together; put in buttered pan. Cover with dry bread crumbs. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees in square pan.
