WILD RICE SHRIMP CASSEROLE | |
1 c. rinsed wild rice 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper 4 tbsp. chopped onion 4 tbsp. melted butter (I used butter) 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 c. American cheese 1 lb. uncooked shrimp, rinsed Cook wild rice. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased casserole and bake in 375 degree oven for 40 minutes. Makes 8 servings. |
