SHRIMP CASSEROLE | |
2 tbsp. onion, chopped 2 tbsp. butter 1 lb. shrimp (fresh or frozen, cleaned) 2 (4 oz. ea.) cans mushrooms, drained 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 3 tbsp. chili sauce 1 2/3 c. water 1 1/3 c. Minute rice In a frying pan sauté onions in butter until golden. Add shrimp and mushrooms. Sauté and stir until shrimp are pink (about 5 minutes). Combine salt, pepper, chili sauce, water and add to shrimp mixture. Stir in Minute rice and simmer 5 minutes before serving. Submitted by: Jean Coombs |
