MINCEMEAT MUFFINS 
2 (8 1/2 oz.) or 1 (12 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
1 (9 oz.) pkg. condensed mincemeat, finely crumbled

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare mix according to directions, stirring in the mincemeat. Fill greased or paper baking cup-lined muffin tins 1/2 full.

Bake 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately turn out of pan. Serve warm. Makes 12-18 regular muffins or 48 miniature muffins (I do these). Can freeze.
