RHUBARB TORTE 
1 c. flour
3 tbsp. shortening
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. milk
1 egg
Pinch of salt
5 c. rhubarb
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Sm. pkg. red Jello
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix together first six ingredients and pat in greased 9x13 inch pan. Put rhubarb over crust.

Mix together next three ingredient and sprinkle over rhubarb.

Mix last three ingredients together and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes.
