PEANUT PARFAIT 
FIRST LAYER:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. chopped peanuts

Blend flour, butter and nuts and press into 9 x 13 pan (greased) then bake at 350 degrees for 17 minutes.

SECOND LAYER:

1/3 c. peanut butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 c. Cool Whip

Cream together peanut butter and cream cheese, then add powdered sugar, then Cool Whip. Spread over first layer.

THIRD LAYER:

2 pkgs. (3.4 oz.) milk chocolate instant pudding mix
3 c. cold milk

Combine mix and milk, spread over second layer. Cool.

FOURTH LAYER:

2 c. Cool Whip
1 regular Hershey bar
1/2 c. chopped peanuts

Spread Cool Whip over pudding layer. Grate candy bar over Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts.
