CHICKEN AND WILD RICE 
2 pkgs. UNCLE BEN'S® white and wild rice mix
8-12 chicken pieces
2 cans chicken broth
6 oz. chablis wine
Dash of paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese

Grease a baking dish. Put the 2 packages of rice on the bottom. Sprinkle rice with one package of the seasonings (it comes with the rice). Then put on the layer of chicken pieces.

Mix broth, chablis, other package of seasoning, paprika, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top and bake 1/2 hour covered at 325. Uncover and bake until done 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours.
