ANGEL DELIGHT 
1 angel food cake (store baked)
2 pkgs. jello, any fruit flavor
1 can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Dissolve jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add juice drained from pineapple plus enough cold water to measure 2 cups. Chill until slightly firm. Add cake broken into small pieces. Put into 9x13 pan. Whip cream; add confectioners sugar and vanilla. Add drained crushed pineapple and spread over cake and jello mixture. Chill.
