BARBECUE BEEF SANDWICH 
1/2 lb. thin sliced roast beef
1/2 c. barbecue sauce (mild or hot)
6 French bread rolls (4 x 6 rolls, split)
1/4 c. green pepper strips
6 slices American cheese (cut in half)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine meat, barbecue sauce and peppers. Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Fill rolls with meat mixture and cheese, wrap in foil. Bake 10 minutes. Makes 6 sandwiches. Prep time: 15 minutes Cooking time: 10 minutes
