BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 lbs. fresh broccoli, chopped
1 c. raisins
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. bacon, fried & crushed

DRESSING:

2 c. mayonnaise (can use low calorie salad dressing)
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. vinegar

Layer broccoli, raisins, onions and bacon in a shallow pan or dish. Mix dressing together and pour over broccoli mixture. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
