BEEF WELLINGTON 
5 lb. hamburger
2 c. chopped onions
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 (16 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, grated
5 (10 oz.) cans spinach, drained
5 cans crescent rolls
Garlic salt
Salt and pepper

Brown hamburger and onions. Add sour cream and Mozzarella and spinach. Garlic salt and salt and pepper to taste. Put a layer of rolls on bottom of pan. Pour hamburger mixture over rolls. Cover with a top layer of rolls.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
