CHIP BEEF DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
4 oz. chipped beef, shredded
1 sm. onion
1/2 green pepper
3 oz. can mushrooms

Soften cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Stir and bake another 20 minutes. Serve warm with fresh vegetables or crackers.
