CHIPPED BEEF DIP 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
4 oz. chipped beef, chopped
Dash onion salt
2 tbsp. horseradish (optional)
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. chopped English walnuts (optional)
1 tsp. chopped green pepper

Blend all ingredients, except nuts. Add 1/2 the nuts to mixture and sprinkle remainder on top. Place in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. (Or you may heat thoroughly over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent sticking and scorching.) Serve with assorted crackers. Delicious as a warm hors d'oeuvre.
