CHIPPED BEEF DIP 
8 oz. soft cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
2.5 oz. chipped beef, shredded
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1 sm. jar pimento, chopped and drained
1/2 c. green peppers

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts (pecans)

Combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add all the rest of the ingredients. Melt butter, saute pecans 5 minutes. Spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
