CHIPPED BEEF DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
2 1/2 oz. dried beef
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 pt. sour cream
Dash pepper

Soften cream cheese with milk. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Optional: Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped pecans and dot with 2 tablespoons butter. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 325 degrees.
