CHIP BEEF DIP 
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 pkg. dry beef
1 (8 oz.) packet cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded (sprinkle on top)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing

Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts 5 to 8 minutes. Serve on crackers or chips.
