HOT CHIPPED BEEF DIP 
1/2 c. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
1 (2-3 oz.) pkg. dried sliced beef, chopped finely
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. green onion, chopped
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped finely

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in casserole dish with cover. Bake covered until hot and bubbly, 20-30 minutes. Serve with cocktail breads.
