PINEAPPLE PEACH SALAD | |
1 1/2 c. diced pineapple 1 1/2 c. diced canned peaches 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 c. ginger ale 1/2 c. sliced maraschino cherries 4 bananas, diced 1 pkg. lemon gelatin 1 c. boiling water 1 c. fruit salad dressing Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ginger ale and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly. Cool until partially set. Arrange fruit in a mold. Cover with gelatin mixture. Chill in refrigerator until firm. Serve with fruit dressing. If desired, 1 cup chopped nuts may be added. Makes 8 servings. |
