1 can peach pie filling
1 can condensed milk
2 (#2) cans peaches, sliced
1 carton Cool Whip (12 oz.)

Mix all ingredients well. Cover with saran wrap and aluminum foil and freeze in a 9 x 13 inch dish. I save some of the sliced peaches for the top.
