1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 lb. mincemeat
1/2 c. apple butter
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla and 1 egg at a time, beating after each addition. Add mincemeat, apple butter. Fold in flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Pour in greased tube pan lined with wax paper. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
