SPARKLING STRAWBERRY PUNCH 
4 c. fresh or frozen unsweetened strawberries
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
6 oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate
32 oz. bottle cranberry juice cocktail, chilled
2 c. cold water
28 oz. bottle ginger ale, chilled
Ice ring

Thaw strawberries if frozen. Puree strawberries in blender. If desired, strain strawberries and discard seeds. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir in lemonade concentrate; transfer to a punch bowl. Add strawberry puree, cranberry juice and cold water. Carefully pour ginger ale down the side of the bowl; stir gently. Add ice ring. Makes 28 4-ounce servings.
