BAR-B-Q CHICKEN SAUCE (Grill) 
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 1/2 Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. paprika

This is enough for 1 chicken. Best to use indirect method of heating. Baste chicken well and put on grill. Baste periodically while grilling until done. It takes about 1 hour. Time varies with outside temperature and temperature of coals.
