GRILLED CHICKEN WITH DILL SAUCE 
8 boneless chicken breasts
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. pepper
Grape clusters (red & green)
Orange slices
Parsley sprigs
Dill sauce

Brush chicken with butter, sprinkle with pepper. Place chicken on grill over medium coals. Cover and grill 5 to 8 minutes on each side, basting often with butter. Place on large platter with grape clusters, orange slices and parsley sprigs. Serve with Dill Sauce.

DILL SAUCE:

2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. dried whole dill weed
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
