GRILLED CHICKEN AND ORANGE SAUCE | |
8 boneless fryer breasts 1 qt. frozen pure orange juice 1/8 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 c. brown sugar 2 tbsp. pure butter 1 c. water 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1/4 c. cold water Grill breasts and put in baking pan. Mix the first 6 ingredients and bring to a boil on low heat. Mix cornstarch and water until smooth and add to mixture. Simmer until sauce thickens. Pour sauce over chicken and bake for 15 minutes in low heat oven. Serve with rice pilaf or unseasoned rice of your choice. |
