BREADED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 onion
Bread crumbs

Dip pork chops in egg and milk mixture and then in crumbs. Brown in oil and place in baking pan with slice of onion on each chop. Season with salt and pepper and add 1 cup of water. It may be necessary to add a little water while baking. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Turn once.
