RICOTTA & NOODLE PIE 
2 lb. ricotta
6 lg. eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. thin sliced pepperoni
1/4 c. raisins
8 oz. med. egg noodles

Boil egg noodles al dente. Add all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until form comes out clean. Oil bottom of pan.
