RICOTTA NOODLE PIE 
Oven temperature at 350 degrees. Boil 1/2 pound very fine egg noodles about 3/4 done, drain well.

Mix together:

1 pt. milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. orange rind
1 tsp. vanilla
5 eggs
1 1/2 lbs. Ricotta
1 tsp. lemon rind

Mix together, all ingredients except egg noodles. When all is mixed well stir in drained noodles. Bake in greased 8 x 8 inch dish for 30 to 45 minutes without crust.
