POT PIE NOODLE SQUARES 
1 1/2 c. flour (or more)
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. cold water

Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, baking powder and salt in large mixing bowl. Beat eggs with water in small bowl and blend into dry ingredients, mixing thoroughly and adding more flour if necessary. (Dough should be stiff.) Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface and roll to 1/16 inch thickness. Cut into 2 inch squares with pinking shears or sharp knife. Makes 24 (2 inch) squares.
