PUMPKIN PIE SQUARES 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. quick rolled oats
1/2 c. brown sugar (packed)
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves

Combine first four ingredients and mix until crumbly, using a mixer. Press in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Then combine remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour into crust and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp. butter

Combine and sprinkle over filling and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and cut into squares.
