PUMPKIN PIE SQUARES 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves

Mix flour, oatmeal, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup butter until crumbly; press in a 9"x13" pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix pumpkin, milk, eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, salt and spices. Pour over baked crust, bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Combine nuts, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 2 tablespoons butter, sprinkle over pumpkin. Bake 15 to 20 minutes more until set. Cool, top with whipped topping.
