PUMPKIN PIE SQUARES 
1 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. packed brown sugar

Mix until crumbly on low speed. Press into an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.

Bake at 350°F degrees for 15 minutes.

Combine:

1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
1 (13 1/2 oz) can evaporated milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves

Beat well and pour over the crust the above.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

Combine:

1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter

Sprinkle over the pumpkin filling. Return to oven and bake 15-20 minutes or until set. Cool in pan on rack. Cut in squares or smaller for bars.
