PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
4 pork chops
1 lg. onion
1 c. rice
1 can tomato soup
3/4 can water
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown pork chops on one side, turn over, put a large slice of onion over each chop. Add a large spoonful of rice over the onion slice. Then pour the tomato soup and water over all. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer on low temperature about 1 hour.
