PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
4-6 pork chops, trimmed
4-6 slices onion, thick
4-6 tbsp. raw rice
4-6 bell pepper rings
1 can cream of tomato soup
4-6 tomato slices

Put 1 tablespoon raw rice over each pork chop. Put a slice of onion on top of rice and then bell pepper ring and tomato slice. Combine tomato soup with 1 can of water and pour over pork chops and vegetables. Cover with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours in 325 degree oven. Remove foil the last 30 minutes.
