PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
1 pkg. pork chops
2 to 3 green peppers
2 to 3 onions
16 oz. can chopped or stewed tomatoes
2 c. uncooked converted rice
1/2 c. water

Put rice in bottom of tin foil or roasting pan. Brown pork chops in water and place on top of rice. Slice peppers and onions and put on top of pork chops. Pour tomatoes over everything. Add water; cover with tin foil, crimping around the sides to hold in heat. Bake an hour at 350 degrees.
