PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6-8 pork chops
Salt and pepper
Oil
1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 env. onion soup mix
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 c. tomato juice
2 c. boiling water

Put a little oil in a frying pan. Season pork with salt and pepper and brown on both sides. Place pork chops in the bottom of a casserole or small roasting pan.

Combine rice, soup mix, sauce, juice and water. Mix. Pour over chops and cover. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees or until rice is soft.
