PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
8 pork chops
8 green pepper rings
1 env. onion soup mix
1 c. uncooked rice
2 1/2 c. water
Chili sauce

Brown chops on both sides and set aside. Remove all excess fat from fry pan. Keep drippings, to this add water and onions; mix in large baking dish. Place rice, then pork chips. Next layer one pepper rings over each chop. Put about 1/4 teaspoon chili sauce in center of each pepper ring. Pour liquids from frying pan over this. Cover and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4-6.
