SPANISH PORK CHOPS 
6-8 pork chops, with bone
1 can tomato soup
1 lg. Spanish onion
Butter
Salt
Pepper
Rice

Place pork chops in a roasting pan. Season with salt and pepper. Place 1 pat of butter on each chop. Then place 1 slice of onion on top of butter. Cover this with 2 tablespoons rice on each. Mix soup and 1 can of water together. Then pour gently in pan to cover all ingredients. (If second can of water is needed to cover chops, it may be added). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
