PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
6 center cut pork chops
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Salt and pepper
2 c. cooked long grain Minute rice
1 can tomato soup
1/2 soup can milk or water

Salt and pepper pork chops and brown on both sides in small amount oil in skillet. Place in 9 x 13 dish. Cover with onion and green pepper. Spoon cooked rice over this layer. Mix 1/2 can milk or water with soup. Pour over rice. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
