MEXICAN PORK CHOPS 
4-5 pork chops, washed with salt & pepper on both sides
1 sliced onion, lg.
1 c. brown rice
1 green pepper, sliced into rings
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 can water

Put chops into baking dish with slices of onion and green pepper on each. Fill in spaces with rice. Pour tomato sauce over mixture so that rice is covered with liquid. Pour 1/2-1 can of water over all. Catsup can be added for more flavor. Cover dish with foil and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours or until done.
