TEA TIME TASSIES 
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter
1 c. flour
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese

FILLING:

1 c. chopped pecans
1 egg
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter

Combine crust ingredients, form balls 1 inch in diameter. Place 1 ball in a mini-muffin pan and mold the dough to fit the muffin cup. Combine filling ingredients and fill unbaked shells. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

For best results refrigerate dough 1 hour before using.
