AUNT NELL'S TEA TIME TASSIES 
SHELLS:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. flour

Blend and chill.

FILLING:

1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter
Pinch of salt
2/3 c. coarsely chopped walnuts or pecans

Roll dough into small balls and press into shape in mini muffin pans - or roll out dough and cut out with a round cookie cutter and place in pans. Spoon filling into shells about 3/4 full and bake in a 325 degree oven for 25 minutes.

Makes 25-30 Tea Time Tassies.
